SOCIAL INNOVATION

AGILE Ecosystems Methodology provides a systematic approach to identifying opportunities and holistic solutions for Social Innovation. Social Innovation is the process of mapping and understanding the "status quo" of any social environment, and then developing Social, or "Innovation Assets" that can systematically, and sustainably transcend the status quo to realize transformational change in any Ecosystem.

Social Innovation is based on Three Archetypes, or "Social Innovation Assets," which define the purpose for any transformational Social Change leading to a change in the "Status Quo" of an Ecosystem. These three Archetypes are the Entity, Couple and Cohort. The Entity is a singular "Asset" that will catalyze change within an ecosystem by it's mere presence in the environment of the ecosystem. The Couple defines the interaction of two, compatible complementary Entities, and the Cohort defines the integration of a Couple and a singular entity that integrates the complementary Entities of the Couple to generate new Resources for an ecosystem. 

ENTITIES ARE CATALYTIC  

An individual makes a tool or starts a business. The “tool” is a Construct for providing physical leverage, and the “business” is a Construct for creating economic leverage for self and others.

COUPLES ARE CREATIVE

A man and a woman form a “couple” and “integrate” to “reproduce,” leading to the creation of new “entities,” a.k.a., “Children.”

TRIUNE COHORTS ARE GENERATIVE

A Creative Couple is two compatible people (entities) drawn together by Divine Design (the Law of Attraction) and collaborate to manifest Social (i.e., Marketing) and Economic (i.e., Innovation) outcomes. A third person (entity) Cultivates (i.e., manages) the resulting socio-economic output of the Creative Couple’s output to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the RESOURCES generated by the Couple’s “Integration.”

ECOSYSTEMS PROJECT AS COMPLETE ENTITIES OR “ASSETS” IN OTHER ECOSYSTEMS

The Purpose for ALL ecosystems is to GENERATE vital RESOURCES needed by their ENTITIES. COUPLES create new ENTITIES (i.e., ASSETS), and TRIUNE COHORTS transform the economic transactions and social relationships between those ENTITIES to optimize the generation and equitable consumption of RESOURCES. CAPITAL is a CONSTRUCT composed of six smaller constructs created by the Ecosystem to store the “social intelligence” and “economic assets” of the Ecosystem. CAPITAL is used to maintain and repair the ecosystem's productive capacity whenever a dysfunction occurs, including internal damage or lack of external resources needed to fuel its performance. A successful authentic Ecosystem generates these six forms of Capital stored as reserves to sustain the ecosystem and repair it or when the flow of Resources it needs to operate has been interrupted.
